Kelstar currently staffs facilities in Northwestern Wisconsin of varying licenses and sizes. Our staff have a wide range of experiences in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and locked memory care units. We staff facilities that range from 10 certified beds to 100 certified beds.

Kelstar has several programs in place to ensure you receive the best care workers possible. Among these is our reliability program, which has maintained a 97% attendance rate through the years that Kelstar has been in business.

Due to Kelstar operating on a per diem scheduling system, we can meet all of your needs, including last-minute shift coverage.

Billing is completed every Wednesday for the week prior, and weekly invoices are provided.

Kelstar can adapt to the needs of our customers and meet short-term and long-term staffing solutions. We have experience in both areas and are happy to work with you to figure out what will work best for you.

Kelstar has an online scheduling portal that we update daily. Kelstar’s per diem staff can then simply see your needs and pick them up as they see fit. You are notified of all confirmed shifts. Kelstar can also accommodate long-term contracts with their staff so that we can fit any needs you may have

Kelstar has many systems in place to guarantee compliance for our staff. These include an occupational health clinic for any services related to vaccines, a worker’s compensation carrier for safety training, and Relias for yearly nursing education.

Kelstar primarily operates out of Northeastern Wisconsin, but we are always looking for new areas to staff.

Kelstar is constantly looking to expand its operations. We don’t currently have staff outside of CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, but there is always the possibility for growth in the future.

Kelstar believes in the flexibility we offer to our staff. This means you can choose where you want to work and when you want to work.

After your application and interview process, the remaining onboarding takes less than a week to complete. After that, you will be free to pick up your shifts immediately and begin working with Kelstar.

Our ‘Refer a Friend’ Program is a referral incentive program available to all current Kelstar employees.
Referrers can earn $2/hour for every hour their referral works in the first 120 days of employment up to $1,000.
For example, if someone refers John, and John works 520 hours in the first 120 days of his employment, the referrer gets a bonus of $1000 dollars.
